Gusbourne Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter: This giveaway is hosted by Oliver Brown and Gusbourne Wine and is not endorsed or administered by Instagram.
  2. Eligibility: Open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Oliver Brown, Gusbourne Wine, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  3. Entry Requirements: To enter, participants must follow both @gusbourne_wine and @shopoliverbrown on Instagram, like the giveaway post, and comment as instructed.
  4. Entry Period: The competition opens on 6th September and closes on October 6th, 2024. Entries submitted after this date will not be considered.
  5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random and announced during the week of October 7th, 2024. The winner will be contacted via direct message on Instagram.
  6. Prize: The prize consists of a Gusbourne estate tour for two, including a guided tasting and a three-course lunch, and a £250 Oliver Brown voucher. Total prize value is £450.
  7. Prize Conditions: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. Subject to availability.
  8. Winner's Responsibility: The winner must respond to the notification message within 7 days to claim their prize. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture, and a new winner may be selected.
  9. General Conditions: The Promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway if circumstances arise outside of its control.
  10. Data Protection: By entering, participants agree to their personal information being used in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available on their website.
  11. Governing Law: This competition is governed by English law and entrants to the competition submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
